Created by New Format Studio and Jeff Martin Joinery, this architectural environment for the inaugural exhibition of WallpaperSTORE* in Vancouver, Canada was hosted by contemporary fashion house, Leisure Center.
The exhibition is composed of the respective designers Mers and Neolith series. Like an exploded bookshelf, the bodies of work burst off the wall to occupy a new dimensional attitude. Similar to highways and high rises, plans of materials weave amongst themselves to play host to iconic designs contained within—serving as a visual contextualization of the space, the products, the designers’ work, and the relationships between these elements within the sphere of design.
